Former Nurses’ Quarter
What was once a disused healthcare building is now a thriving residential space. We transformed the property into 29 high-quality flats, including a penthouse with a wrap-around balcony offering breathtaking coastal views. The project earned a Town Pride Award for its architectural appeal and construction excellence, showcasing our ability to preserve character while creating modern homes.
Clee and Clent Mews
This university campus conversion brought together smart planning and expert construction. The site was developed into 34 flats of varying sizes and two new-build homes, all completed with contemporary interiors and efficient layouts. From groundworks to finishing touches, Siddh Construction delivered spaces that meet modern residential demands.
The Secret Nuclear Bunker
One of our most distinctive projects, this Cold War bunker in Essex was transformed into three luxury apartments and 28 additional homes. With military-grade blast doors and reinforced concrete walls, the structure presented unique challenges, but our team reimagined the space into stylish residences while preserving its fascinating history. The result is a rare blend of heritage, security, and comfort.
Vantage House
A landmark project where an office complex was converted into 71 modern flats in Wimbledon Park. From demolition to steelwork, plastering, plumbing, and interior finishes, our team managed the entire process. Each flat was fitted with sleek kitchens, integrated appliances, and underfloor heating, combining functionality with elegance. Vantage House stands as a testament to our ability to deliver large-scale residential conversions with precision and style.
